Le 30 mars 2015, le Brésil et le Mozambique ont signé le premier accord de coopération et de facilitation des investissements (ACFI) fondé sur le nouveau modèle de traité d’investissement bilatéral du Brésil. La seconde a été signée le 1er avril 2015 entre le Brésil et l’Angola. Contrairement aux TBI traditionnels, qui visent la protection des investisseurs, les ACFI se concentrent principalement sur la coopération et la facilitation des investissements.
